Hi Chinnan,

The standby current for logic and regulators is 124uA typ.

The active current will depend on the system specifics, switching frequency, FETs selected, and inductor ripple current / output capacitance, and even PFM vs FPWM mode.

Hi Chinnan,

In PFM mode it will be difficult, the IC toggles between sleep and active.

In FPWM mode, the dominant current consumption will be the gate driver.

The gate drive current is FSW*(Qg1+Qg2), where FSW is switching frequency, Qg1 is high-side FET Qg at 5V VGS, and Qg2 is low-side FET Qg.
