I download the simulation model from webite and use Tina-TI to do simulation. But it report below issue . Also , I use webench to do simulation and still cannot work.
support need
1. can we fix the issue?
2. is there other device has good simulation model and also use COT control with LM27402?

The spice model works when running through webench.
The LM27402 is voltage mode control. The TPS548A28 is cot control and has models on product folder. https://www.ti.com/product/TPS548A28

To resolve the convergence error, Try "selecting Analysis, Set Analysis Parameters" and adjusting parameters. Usually, there is a setting needs to be changed to resolve convergence errors.

I use webench and it works. And I have questions on how to check bode plot in webench. below is the result. But from bode plot, I cannot see the phase margin is -55.56 degree. Please kindly guide on how to read the bode plot in webench. Thanks.

Phase margin is defined as the phase at 0-dB. I see about 70 degrees in yours plot. Gain (red) crosses greater than 10kHz, probably 30kHz.
Phase (green) at 30kHz is about 65 to 70 degrees. Webench has a show marker check box. select marker and drag marker until 0-db.

Sorry I attach wrong bode plot regarding the -55 degree results. I just wondering the bode plot does not match the results in report.

Not sure why it can not calculate the phase margin correctly.
The plot shows 79 degrees
The reports states 79
Your output votlage is actually 2.8v and not 5V. so maybe the tweaking of the design after calculating is creating the error
