Dear team,

As in attached capture, Vge is only 12.3V at the beginning of the driving signal is active high. And when current is still ramping up, there is a great drop off on the VGE and then it start to turn off? The schematic of UCC21750 is also attached. Looking forward to your reply!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The schematic looks fine for the most part.

    Can you please probe VDD (bias supply) and share the waveform along with Vge?

    Can you also make sure that the IGBT is working fine and is not damaged?
