LM74700D-Q1: Differences from LM74700-Q1

Part Number: LM74700D-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74700-Q1,

Hi support team,

What is the difference between LM74700-Q1 and LM74700D-Q1?

Does changing the package to "D" allow it to withstand larger input voltages?
(Are the silicon chips inside the same?)

LM74700-Q1 LM74700D-Q1
Package

SOT-23 (6)

SOT-23-THN (8)

SOIC (8)
Thermal Information

RθJA=189.8℃/W

RθJA=133.8℃/W

etc.

RθJA=128.2℃/W

etc.

Input Pins MAX Voltage Abs 65V 70V

Input Pins MAX Voltage ROC

60V 65V

Are there any other differences?

  • Hi Dice-K,

    LM74700D-Q1 can withstand 70V(abs max) and LM74700-Q1 can withstand 65V(abs max). Other than that they only differ in packages and pin configuration with no difference in the functionality.

    PIN1(EN) and PIN2(GND) are swapped

    LM74700-Q1-

    LM74700D-Q1-

    Thanks and Regards
