Dear TI team,

Q1.I am trying to wake-up my bq7xxx when its enter into shutdown mode without any command, and I found SHUT_TS2, Can please help to use of this below.

 

Q2. there are serval command to enter my device into deep sleep mode and I want know that is there any autonomous condition which make my device force to enter into sleep/deep sleep mode.

    Hi Arjuna,

    1. I recommend reading this FAQ which describes SHUTDOWN mode. I think the section on exiting SHUTDOWN mode will help answer your first question.

    2. The only way to enter DEEPSLEEP mode is through a host command. I recommend reading Section 7.4 of the TRM to learn more about DEEPSLEEP mode.

    SLEEP mode can be entered through both host commands and autonomous behavior, specifically when the device detects the magnitude of the current has fallen below a user defined threshold. I recommend reading Section 7.3 of the TRM to learn more about SLEEP mode.
