I have a query need your help.

STM32 and BQ78350 communicate normally to access internal register data. What conditions or circumstances will cause BQ Flash data to be garbled?

Hello Star,

Please elaborate more. The data flash can be corrupted if the device is power cycled during FW updates. If you send IT_EN command too many times, it can wear out the flash.

The question is too generic. Please be specific.

It looks like the device is in ROM mode. See this thread for exiting ROM mode.
