The schematic diagram is as follows. Problem: The system cannot be started. Reason: The power limit point setting is low.
Attempt 1: Change R3074 to 0Ω, some boards will still be unable to boot. Try 2: Change R3074 to 0Ω, and R3069 from 30k to 22k, and the board will boot normally.
