TL494: PWM pulse issue to drive the buck converter for current limiting application in Telecom BMS

Part Number: TL494

Hello Team,

We are getting issue in PWM pulses generated by TL494 IC for DC-DC Buck converter employed as current limiting circuit for Telecom BMS used in 48V battery pack. The scope image is attached for reference, here RED circled portion indicate the PWM pulse issue. The obtained PWM have multiple on-off period during each cycle. The optocoupler EL357 is employed between TL494 and differential amplifier (TLV2379IDR).  Kindly suggest the suitable changes to get correct PWM pulses.
