Have you captured any waveform during your test? You can send me the AVDD, VGH and VGL when you powering on the IC.

The minimum VGL of this part is ~ -(V_AVDD-1.13V), but now you are programming a much lower VGL.

Hi Hao,
Please refer to below AN. The VGL is supplied from AVDD, so its output range is limited by AVDD as well. If you program an over range VGL, the IC couldn't regulate the programmed value and finally trigger UVP fault to shut down all the outputs.

Please refer to datasheet "7.2 Functional Block Diagram", the VGL is supplied from Vsup (AVDD).
