TPS92641: how to know the voltage of HG or LG , Vgs for external NMOS in TPS92641?

Just like the question, it seem no these parameters in the datasheet of TPS92641, the real Vgs for NMOS in HG and LG pin.

Yes！

Vin = 12V, single LED Vf = 3.8V, Iled = 30A for our project

Hi David,

You can find the specs for the gate driver in Section 6.5 Electrical Characteristics from the datasheet.

You can view the gate driver is powered by an voltage of V_CCREG.

These specs will help you find the appropriate MOSFET with appropriate Vgs(th).
