Hi i need p-spice module for  stimulation of  Partnumber: TPS92643QPWPRQ1. To know its behavior and for better understanding of iC.

How and where i can get them.?

Please help me out.  or share me other relevant ics model if any.

    Hello Shashikumar,

    We do not have a PSpice model of the TPS92643.  It is similar to the TPS92520 with respect to the operation of the CC Buck, but it is a purely analog part that supports higher current and has lower input voltage rage.  If you have specific questions about the operation of the behavior I can answer those questions.  This is a simple constant current (CC) synchronous buck.
