Hello,

My customer is looking for flyback controller ICs with the following conditions.

- FET integrated type

- 100W or higher

- Vds: 650V or more

- Rds(on): 1.5 ohm or less

- Product with high unit price competitiveness

Could you please recommend suitable products?

Here is a flyback selection guide you can use to help guide you to a suitable PWM controller. Any TI, off-line flyback controller with integrated 700-V, MOSFET is going to be limited to less than ~12W max power. If you are willing to consider external MOSFET, there are more flyback specific PWM choices here. And finally, any TI general purpose PWM controller can be used for flyback design but these controllers will lack the features commonly found in a flyback specific controller.

UCC28C54 or UCC28C44 would be a good choice. However, 100W and above is likely too much power for a flyback.
