Hello,

I am also interested in this Technical Document and have some Questions

The Document shows a Cad Drawing of a Board - is this just for indication only or is there a board available ?

Can i ask is there any part numbers / recommendations for the following components :-

Q1, Q2, Q3

D1, D2

Hi Steve,

The board was never made. This is just a design reference for customers.

D1,D2 - 1N4001
Q2, Q3 - CSD17578Q5A
Q1 is not listed. It is a PMOS

I suggest to pick the MOSFET and Diodes properly rated. Especially max Vgs voltage and max drain current.
