UCC27624: what is the slowest (longest) rise and fall times allowed on the input pins INA, INB for proper operation

Hello,

Please advise the slowest (longest) rise and fall times allowed on the input pins INA, INB for proper operation, i.e., without causing the output to chatter or switch repeatedly at high frequency due to slow rising or falling input signal. Is this spec. present anywhere?

Hi Nitish,

The upper limit on the input pins is 1V/us when paralleling the channels. If you're using single channel, then hysteresis should be enough to prevent issues.

Hi Nitish,

This is not a spec, just a guideline based on testing. This is also only for when you are putting the channels in parallel.

There is no lower limit on slew-rate for the input pins on this device. There is hysteresis which is specified.
