TPS22954: VIN and BIAS timing by Using 3.3Vin Load Switch

Yes, VBIAS and VIN can be connected together. The input side of the schematic looks ok.

As a note, we have a newer part, TPS22997, that has lower Ron and Iq - I would recommend it if you can use a larger QOD resistor and don't need the programmable SNS PG feature and can use an internal threshold PG instead.
