Hi,
I am going through BQ40Z50-R2 to understand temperature measurements. I can see that there are internal and external temperature sensors.
But i am not able to understand what is meant by "FET temperature usage".
Does it mean that there is way to measure temperature of external FETs on the High current path ? and if yes then how i can do that or it means something else.
