Hi

My customer use BQ40Z50 develop project, and the product had MP. there are one issue happened at the end customer side.  BQ40Z50 appears reset itself leading to customer product shut down. below is the config file. could you help check whether parameter should be changed ?  thanks.

    Hello Jonas,

    There are multiple possibilities to cause a reset, most commonly it is due to communication too frequently causing a watchdog reset of the gauge or a command is sent to reset. There's not enough information in the .gg for determine what should be change or what caused the reset.

    Hello Jonas,

    Ideally we would need to have a log file showing the status of the registers when the reset occurred and all the present ADC readings from the gauge around when the fault occurred.

    A reset should generally not be occurring and the gauge is not able to really track the information since they normally occur unexpectedly and the gauge will lose power/state information.
