The expression "0.1-uF" is used in Datasheet "8.3 Do's and Don'ts". What is this expression?
Does it mean a value smaller than 0.1uF?

We recommend a 0.1uF decoupling capacitor on Vdd pin.

Hello,

However, all the reference circuits in your datasheet use 0.01uF.
Please confirm whether TI recommends 0.1uF or 0.01uF or a specific range.
