When using a bootstrap circuit on the high side, please tell me the configuration of the desat pin peripheral circuit (especially the connection).

Irrespective of the bootstrap circuit implementation, the DESAT circuitry should be as recommended below:

page 34 of the datasheet:

There are a lot of other gate driver which has bootstrap circuit example circuits.
