Can I ask about TPS4811-Q1?

Although TPS4811-Q1 is a H/S driver, is it possible to use this device as L/S driver?

If so, what diagnostic/protection features are available in the device when using L/S driver?

If it’s not possible, can you recommend a L/S driver which can support 48V battery system?

Hi Sam,

Thanks for reaching out. TPS4811-Q1 can't be used as low side driver. Please use LM5067.

Thank you for your reply. I need AEC-Q100 version of LM5067, but I can't find it in ti.com. Do you have the plan of AEC-Q100?

Hi Sam,

We don't have any plan to revise LM5067.
