Hi There,

May i know what is the "JUNCTION TO CASE" thermal resistance for LM317MKVURG3, package KVU (TO-252).

Because the datasheet only shows package SOT-223 thermal information.

I believe the thermal resistance for package KVU (TO-252) should be lower than SOT-223.

Please help.

Hi Philip,

I found that the RθJA value of LM317MKVURG3 is 56.9 °C/W.

You're correct -- this is not listed in LM317M's datasheet, but I was able to locate it on LM317's datasheet, on page 3. I will submit a request to add this information on the datasheet that's linked to LM317M.
