Hi team,

Does the customer want to know the TPSF12C3 what is max AC input?

customer spec is 180VAC~528VAC.

But looking at it from another view
Is it possible to use the same inductor size but reduce the number of turns and increase the wire diameter to improve efficiency? thanks

Hi Jimmy,

The sense and inject Y-capacitors provide the voltage blocking from the line voltage to the low-voltage AEF IC, You may need to use Y1 rated caps at 528VAC, however. We normally use Y2-rated caps for standard 240VAC applications.

No problem reducing the number of turns for lower inductance and lower copper loss. If you target the Lcm to be 25% of nominal, this corresponds to half the number of turns.
