Hi i would like to have my Bq24616 schematic and PCB reviewed. The board is without DPM enabled. I will share the files on private chat.
Thanks and regards

Just did. I am sharing you the files now.
Will check the given checklist. Thanks
Hi Noel,
I received your files and will review and provide feedback by Friday (or Monday the latest).

Hi Noel,
Please see my comments below:
1- Input protection: We recommend using a diode to block reverse current/voltage at the input if back-to-back MOSFETs are not included.
2-If DPM feature is not required, ACN and ACP can be shorted together or tied to VCC and ACSET can be tied directly to VREF
3- Please see table below for typical inductance and output capacitance as a function of charge current. For 10A charge current, a 3.3uH inductor should be used with 40uF output capacitance.
4- See attached calculations for the BQ24616 according to your design parameters and make sure they align with your requirements (sent in private)
For example: See TS resistor network and input NTC thermistor R_COLD and R_HOT and make sure values align with your requirements.
5- What is the purpose of R10 and R3? What is the intended total resistance here?
Best Regards,
Aya Khedr
