Hi team:

My customer use BQ76200 as the high side switch of the 48V BAT pack, in the Static status ,the DSG is driven. When it starts to discharge or charge, the DSG driver will be turned off. would you please help to see if the following schematic diagram is reasonable?

Why are there so many capacitors in parallel at the PACK+/BAT- side?

It would be good to have a DSG pin and Vddcp and PACK pin waveform to see better what could be going on. Some things however:

There should be individual gate resistors for the Q20 and Q19 FETs.
We often recommend to add a Zener and small resistor in series between DSG pin and PACK pin to ensure it the DSG FET does not fail when turning on.
- This is described in Section 4.1 DSG Turn On of the bq76200 Beyond the Simple Application Schematic application note.

Waveforms would make things more clear.
