BQ79656EVM-021: TSREF pin isn't HIGH

Part Number: BQ79656EVM-021

I'm using BQ79656EVM-021 and BQ79600EVM-030 (Bridge evaluation board) 

BQ79656EVM-021 evaluation board is connected with  BQ79600EVM-030 on Daisy Chain protocol

Software - BQAutoEval

I want to Read the Temperature by NTC which is mounted on PCB it self(BQ79656EVM-021 ), for that enable the TSREF_EN bit in CONTROL 2 register,

Now my problem is TSREF pin isn't high, 

kindly let me know what more i need to do to make it work.

    Hello,

    Did you properly wakeup and auto address the devices to make sure they are on and communicating? You must do this step before doing any register writes. I would recommend using the scripting feature in the GUI as well do write the data manually.
