BQ76952: the CHG FET could not be disabled via FET_CONTROL() command when recover from OCC protection

dears,

my customer is testing the OCC protection of BQ76952 on their PCBA. 

when the OCC protection occurs, the CHG FET was disabled and the customer MCU identified the fault in 10~120ms when it happened, then they sent FET_CONTROL() to force CHG FET to keep disabled, but when the OCC protection got recovered after the delay time, the CHG FET got enabled even though the MCU had already sent FET_CONTROL() to the device, then the customer sent the FET_CONTROL() to disable CHG FET again, it then got disabled by the command.

the sch, gg file are attached FYI. please help to have a look.
