The schematic looks good, only one comment.
For such high 5.5V output voltage, the output capacitor C118 may have large derating and finally cause capacitance not enough.
Please add one more 22uF capacitor or at least reserve a placeholder.

I have added an extra output capacitor. Does my layout look ok? I have minimized the loop as much as possible.

The layout looks good.
I can't see the connection between GND copper to FB GND via, please ensure the trace is away from high-frequency noise to avoid loop issue since FB is sensitive signal.
