BQ27Z746: Charging MOS and Discharging MOS control

You can toggle the charge and discharge FETs separately, but this is used for testing. Please see sections 15.2.17 AltManufacturerAccess() 0x001F CHG FET Toggle and 15.2.18 AltManufacturerAccess() 0x0020 DSG FET Toggle from the BQ27Z746 Technical Reference Manual.
