One of my customers uses TPS3823-50DBVT for their current mass-production.
Recently, they received PCN(PCN# 20230830002.3) which says TPS3823-50DBVT will be EOL. (TPS3823-50DBVR will be not EOL)
At this moment, they have the following questions.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q1.
The PCN says that the reason of EOL is 150-millimeter production will be shutdown in the current fab site.
They think TPS3823-50DBVR wafer size will be changed to 300mm only and the device process is not changed.
Are their thought correct?
Q2.
Is TPS2823-50 DBVR typical value of electrical characteristics not changed due to the device wafer size change?
