Hi, I have a problem about calculating the SOH.
I made a BMS board with BQ28Z610-R1: the battery pack consists of 2 cells in series with the capacity of 3000mAh. However, as you can see from the attached screenshot, even though "Full charge capacity and Remaining capacity" are above 3000mAh, the SOH is only 89%, and despite having done several full discharge and charge cycles, I can't carry it at 100%. Why?
