Yes. The accounting of 32 FIT provided in the document is based on the reference virtual temperature of 55C. As per Siemens Norm SN295200-2, the FIT rate should be 25 FIT in that condition.

To gain a better understanding, what is the FIT rate of the LM5143-Q1 part under Siemens Norm SN295200-2 in the CMOS/BICMOS ASICs Analog & Mixed category with HV > 50V for the reference virtual reference of 55°C? Is 32 FIT still valid under Siemens Norm SN 29500-2?
