LMR33620: Output is the same as input in the buck converter

Hello Good Day

I am using the buck converter LMR33620CQ5RNXTQ1 to convert 12V to 5V for my project,

however the output is always equal to the input.

I have followed the recommended design from the datasheet for the schematic and layout.

Is there any issue in this component? Or is there other things that I need to include?
