The PB_GATE_VSYS and PA_GATE_VSYS signals are only about 2.8V above VSYS. This is causing the N channel Mosfet to burn up. What would cause the PB_GATE_VSYS voltage to be so low, the only load on the signal is the gate of the Mosfet gate.
