AUX file generation in BQWizard

Hello,

Trying to generate AUX file by means of utility included into BQWIZARD package, I get the following log. How to overcome this?

    No single response, very strange - am I the only person in the world, encountering this problem?

    I use regular BQWizard setup, use add-on aux file generation utility...

    I tried to play with settings - chem ID, series and parallel cells count - the result is the same.

    I tried to write to TI support at asktexas@t..com - they keep silence for a week, just returned the track ticket number. The contrast between wait time for answer and survey request is incredible.
