Sorry, there is something wrong with what I said before. The voltage of Rset pin is 1.21V. So the current of TC pin is very small, you can use the voltage difference and resistance to estimate. Thanks.

We don't have this spec. Inside the TC pin is a voltage source with limited current. The actual current value is very small, uA level. At normal temperature, its voltage is equal to the Vref voltage, and there is no current on Rtc. Thanks.
