The most wide isolated driver I could find in ti.com is ucc23513;could you pls check that if there is more wider creepage driver product up to 11.5mm?

Hi Mia,

8.5mm is the maximum package size for isolated gate drivers. However, you can increase the voltage isolation by using a conformal coating.

Here is a chart showing how conformal coating allows you to meet different isolation requirements with less spacing.
