I need a rad hard part with the same or close to the same specs.

I need to make 22 Amps at 1V from a 5V input in a small package area.

I have looked for Rad hard and the website diverts my search to commercial.

Here is our updated list of rad hard products: TI Space Products (Rev. I)

There are only a few DC-DC converters available but they are listed on page 22.

Thanks. I will check it out. Are these all the Ti Rad Hard Power management devices available from Ti? Just one device capable of 18 Amps max? No more single output devices with higher current capability than 18 Amps?
