Hello, I was reading the datesheet of BQ25793A. I am looking for implementation of this IC to charge a 2-S lipo battery
But my doubt is if I could use this IC without MCU, I mean I would like to use only the BQ2579A with an USB-C PD controller (without microcontroller) to achieve the charge of the mentioned battery
I tried to look into the datesheet but I haven't found the response, the typical application schematic only shows a host MCU but I do not know if it is mandatory for my need, I was reading about load side switching n-mosfet, I am not really experienced with electronics design
