Hi!
The datasheet of the LMG3410R070 suggest using C3D1P7060Q as bootstrap diode for hardswitching applications.
That part is however now obsolete. What new part would you recommend?
I have so far used IDL02G65C5XUMA2 but is seems a bit overkill.
