    This took a little longer to re-route between teams since the originally tagged device (TPS) is incorrect. You are inquiring for the military version of the TLE2142. 

    I do not have anything in our system matching this part number, did you instead mean: 5962-9321603QPA?

    TLE2142M SMD 5962-93216, The linked SMD available on the product page clarifies that the last letter must be A.
