Hi team,
I'm looking for a low cost device with following requirements.
Soft-start function
Vin_min: 4.5V
Vin_max: >21V(Higher than 35V would be more ideal)
Vout: 3.3V
Iout: 0.5A
My customer doesn't want to use buck regulators due to the cost. I think TLV767 matches their requirement but the part cannot support up to 21V.
Is there any device I can refer to for this requirement?
