BQ25620EVM: Custom board trips over 10v input , but range is(3.7 to 18)v

i have designed the custom board according to the sematic(BQ25620EVM) and used the same components but whenever i tried to give more than 10v input the custom board trips and reads only i2c connection but "charge_stat shows not charging" and after that the bq25620 chip not charging the battery anymore even if i reduce the input voltage to 3v-5v. and when i do the same experiment with evolution board(bq25620) from TI it works fine. so why is it bothering me on custom boards ? i have also checked the connection through multimeter nothing shorted. help me out on that ASAP.

Hi,

Could you please provide all the BQ25620 register readings when applying <10V VBUS input (e.g. 8V) and >10V VBUS input (e.g. 12V) respectively? Please enable ADC monitoring before reading all the BQ25620 registers.

This screenshot is of when the my custom board was working fine below 10v input voltage. all the stages are normal and board was in working condition that time.

now above 10v input voltage register read are in the below screenshot.

and in this condition board seems not charging because CHG_EN(LED) not glowing and the another LED also not glowing even if i reduce the input voltage. i am not getting VSYS_ADC.

Hi,

When the VBUS is above 10V, the GUI shows VSYS fault and VSYS reads 1.99mV. Could you please check VSYS?

i checked VSYS with multimeter it is showing low voltage about 1.1v . please suggest how to check VSYS.
