Hello Team,

Request to please share ratings of the internal MOSFET that is used in to TPSI2140QDWQRQ1.

Also share details if anyone of the internal MOSFET is failure in that case how this device behaves?

    Hello Parth,

    Thanks for joining E2E and reaching out to our team! Each internal MOSFET is rated for 600-V, that is how we get 1200-V for S1-S2. The two MOFSET failure conditions are fail-open or fail-short. We have typically seen fail-open. For example, if the top MOSFET (circled in your image) has fail-open failure while the other 3 MOSFETs are still functional, during EN = HIGH while we measure resistance from S1-SM and SM-S2, we would see S1-SM = OL (or some high impedance) and SM-S2 = 60 ohms.
