BQ25882: TS_ADC

Hi team, Charge suddenly stop work when using charge BQ25882, the customer check and find that the REG of TS_ADC become to 0, but there is not clear drop in voltage of TS pin. could you help to analysis the issue?

    Hi Bill, from the latest feedback, they find that it is because of the I2C communication failure. They have the similar issue in their another project with TPS25883, the fix is using a 10 pF capacitance in I2C BUS. The project with TSP25882 have the same fix. but there is still exist this issue. And customer find that the issue is still exist when increasing the I2C drive ability or decreasing the I2C communication rate. but there is not the issue when decrease the charge current from 1A to 0.5A. could you help to analysis the possible reason of this issue? and I will try to ask for their schematic if it is possible.

    Hi Jingguo, Thanks for the additional information, has the customer duplicated I2C issues on EVMs?
