LM9061: Bidirectional switch with reverse overcurrent protection

Hi Experts,

I wanted to try LM9061 as a bidirectional switch with reverse overcurrent protection from the datasheet page 24 and the picture below:

I noticed undesirable behavior of the circuit in case the divers are turned off ON/OFF = 0, and there is nothing connected to the I/O 2 (no load).

When I supply the input I/O 1 (12V), the voltage appears at the output (about 3,4V) in spite of transistors are opened.

Is this the expected behavior of the circuit?
