UCC28740: suitable flyback solution

Hi team,

Customers need a flyback solution like NCP1207.

some spec like HV start, Secondary-side regulation.

Can UCC28740 support how much power? Do you have a suitable solution? thanks

Thank you for the query on UCC28740.

I think you are correct with the choice of controller. Ideally this can support upto 75W. Please refer the selection guide below:

Seeing HV start feature in NCP1207, I think this rules out our other devices like UCC28600 and LM5023. There is also a very new controller UCC28750x extremely low cost but again this does not have HV start. So UCC28740 seems to be the option to go.
