SN75451B: with SN55451, find a device meet both RoHS and industrial temperature range

Hi,

Our application is to provide driving current to the sending optical module of AVAGO. The recommended device in the datasheet is SN75451.

SN75451 can meet RoHS, but the operational temperature (0-70 ℃) does not meet the industrial temperature range.

In the same datasheet, SN55451 can meet the industrial temperature range(-55-125 ℃), but does not meet RoHS.

Please help to find a device whitch is pin to pin compatible and meet both RoHS and industrial temperature(-40-85 ℃ or above).

Hi Huang,

Unfortunately, we don't have any direct p2p products with RoHS and -40C-85C support. Please see SN65472-EP which has NAND logic instead of AND.

Please also see DS3668, it is a different package but is RoHS and has a -40C-125C temperature range.

Will either of these work?

I am sorry I forget to notice we using DIP package. So SN65472-EP is also not p2p.

Hi Huang,

Thanks for clarifying - unfortunately, we don't have any devices in the low-side switch category, and I don't believe TI has any p2p devices to this.

I would recommend the DS3668 mentioned above, these two devices, or if any devices in the low side gate drivers listed here work.
