Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5050-2
Hi team
What's the difference between LM5050-1 and LM5050-2? Can you help to provide a comparison list between these two devices?

Hi Harry,
LM5050-1 has a separate Vs pin for internal bias supply, but LM5050-2 does not have it (instead internal bias is taken from OUT pin itself).
This allows LM5050-1 to be operated for Power Rails (VIN) down to 1V, by supply external bias supply on VS pin >5V.
Technically LM5050-1 can be operated down to 1V with external bias but LM5050-2 minimum operating is 6V.
Additionally LM5050-2 has FET fault status on nFGD pin (used in conjunction with OFF pin) to detect MOSFET status.
