Our customer feedback a battery for power tools and we have problem of the SOH 93% dropping down below 60%. After we received the battery and read it with bqstudio, the SOH has returned to 100%, not 69%. We can't reproduce the drop of the SOH, so what could be the parameters or events that will cause a recalculation of the SOH by the system?

Our customer asked why drone fly the discharge current and the temperature are correct, but the SoH is updated from 93% to 69%.

The drone discharge current about 12~13A of current when flying. Customer requirements must be able to fly for 30 minutes.(When SOC 100%)
The drone discharge current about 0.6~0.7A of current when not flying.(Drone battery power consumption)
It is impossible for us to require guests’ drones to only be in flight.
Can you please auto export gg file while doing this test?

Yes, that is the auto export. By default I think it is set to export every hour. You might to adjust the auto export frequency to your preference to be able to see the resistance updates.
To adjust the frequency, please go to: Window -> preferences -> data memory -> Auto export interval
