We are investigating when the circuit of TPS23755 is broken electrically.

When Vcc voltage is not supplied and other power voltage is supplied,
What happen do you think?
I want the answer in following two cases.

i) While the device is working properly
ii) While power switch of the device is changed OFF to ON at the defect condition.
